  • When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Due to print-on-demand services from a third party manufacturer, delivery updates on arrival depends in on the order when purchased. I.E. bucket hat can arrived between 21-24 days whereas men’s t-shirt can arrive between 6-9 days.

  • What is your return policy?

Full refunds are permitted within 14 days of arrival of purchase that is unworn, unused, unopened alongside with return label. 

  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that happens, email theagearstore@gmail.com and provide your name, contact information, order number, description of damage, and photo of damaged order.

  • How do I track my order?

By downloading the Shop App, enter the email and/or phone number that you used when purchasing an order, from there, you'll be able to see tracking information in regards of your order purchase.

  • Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, having a physical store is not available at this time. Although, it is a contingency idea to have in mind :)

  • What are the shipping rates and if we ship internationally?

Shipping rates are included when checkout from purchases all over the world. Customers are responsible at their own discretion.
